Joseph Hirsch is the firm’s Director of Operations. With his prior federal law enforcement experience, within the U. S. Treasury Department, and his vast business experiences (over 30-years with our firm) in public records, background screening operations, and compliant record retrievals, he oversees our daily work flow, the conduct of our internal staff and field representatives, and he coordinates with all our Client relationships and work flow nationwide. Long-term memberships with SHRM and ASIS, for example, is noteworthy, while these experiences have provided a consistent learning tool focused on human resources, management hiring issues, updated and emerging compliance matters, and other industry specific background screening and workplace security standards.
Ms. Stacey David is our firm’s Workforce Coordinator. Formerly working within the private Health Care sector, along with Insurance Audit experience, she is responsible for our internal clerical staff, maintaining our daily work flow, records management, and report processing. With over 18-years of business experience at our firm, Stacey is knowledgeable with all facets of FCRA compliance, quality control of our work products, and she handles our Customer Care relationships, including the timeliness and integrity of records and the execution of our electronic process.
